Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team in a full-time position with opportunities to collaborate with global teams to develop innovative products. This role involves defining product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Experience in user research and data analysis is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement product roadmaps based on business strategy and market needs.

• Collaborate closely with teams such as Development, Design, and Marketing to ensure product objectives are met.

• Analyze user data and feedback to optimize the product.

• Define detailed product requirements and monitor development progress according to schedules.

• Conduct market research and propose new features to enhance product value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields; at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.

• Deep understanding of product development processes and project management.

• Data analysis skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment.

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Position Details

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Weekends off)

• Work Arrangement: Flexible (remote or on-site)
